The Banner of the Red Dragon is presumed to be a banner or flag of some type, most probably bearing an image of a red dragon. Any powers (if it has any) are unknown. The banner was bequested to Darrick Erding , who once had an encounter with a red dragon. To Darrick Erding, I leave the Banner of the Red Dragon out of respect for his heritage. Use it well.
