Darth Deveris was a Sith Lord of the True Sith Empire who served on the Dark Council during and after the Mandalorian Wars. After the war, a group of Jedi and Galactic Republic soldiers arrived at Dromund Kaas. Influenced already by the Dark Side of the Force, their leaders, Revan and Malak embraced the Sith teachings fully. Among the Jedi was Kratis Mordrey, whom Deveris took as his apprentice. Mordrey would, in later years, become a Sith Lord in his own right, under the name of Darth Mordius.
