Borlik was a member of security on the station nearest the Suns. According to the Kampeks, the area around the Twin Suns was a "Sacred Stillness" where the great gods were born, including Gezma, and it was being defiled by the commerce stations buying and selling in the area. The final stage of the Kampeks' plan to cleanse the area came to fruition when Moya made a stop there. ("Suns and Lovers")
