Before you take your first mission from Brother Extok Evin, he gives you training in Hyper-Maneuverable Starfighters. After the initial Hyper-Maneuverable Starfighters training, to be able to train in each lesson requires taking a mission and having 1,000,000 Starship Combat XP.
