Voor was a crooked captain of the Skeebo City Constabulary. Voor thought very highly of himself, and thought himself to be even higher than Boba Fett. Voor would often alert Skavers of right beings entering the planet. His crimes caught up with him, when Boba Fett caught him red-handed assisting the Skavers and knocked him out, after forcing Voor to lead him to the Skaver's base.
