These are not restricted to the Sea Org, but they tend to happen a lot in there. In essence, a room or suite or floor or building has to be cleaned until an executive can walk through the entire area wearing a white cotton glove, putting his hand anywhere he can reach and wiping any surface he wishes, and it has to come up clean, dirt and dust free.
