Mr. Explainy-Pants is a character portrayed by Phelan Porteous who appears in the review of Child's Play 3. His hat, glasses, and outfit are slightly different than the Nostalgia Critic's. He tries to explain what the joke is about random deaths, when the Nostalgia Critic shoots him with his 9mm pistol. As he falls over dead, he says that the joke was irony.
