The Intercontinental Airlines Group is the largest airline shareholder in Antarctica. It is the result of the merging of Air Arctica into Margate Antarctic Airlines. MAA shareholders will take a 55% in the new Intercontinental Airlines Groups, while Air Arctica shareholders will take the remaining 45%. With MAA and Air Arctica together, they are the fourth largest airlines.
