Erik Winquist an American visual effects artist. He is a Visual Effects Supervisor at Weta Digital in New Zealand. He is known for his frequent collaborations with director, Peter Jackson. He has over 25 credits to his name, including such titles as, A.I. Artificial Intelligence (2001), Minority Report (2002), The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers (2002), The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King (2003), I, Robot (2004), King Kong (2005), Avatar (2009), Rise of the Planet of the Apes (2011), and The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey (2012).
