Joey Rostenkowski is the son of Mike Rostenkowski and Mrs. Rostenkowski, and the younger brother of Bernadette Rostenkowski-Wolowitz. He is Howard Wolowitz's brother-in-law. He is the maternal uncle of Halley Wolowitz. Bernadette used to have trouble getting him to stop spitting in their siblings' mouths.
