Dr. Barrel was the director of the space station Lacrima. He had been present when Sith hopeful Geist Weiss arrived at Lacrima hoping to join the Sith. Though Barrel was skeptical of a Cinnagaran nobleman wanting to join the Sith, he eventually allowed it and transferred him to Darth Crysis.
