It is unknown who owned this object but it later stolen by Valtor and, in his penultimate battle against the Winx, he used it to capture the Water Stars and use them to attack the Winx. It is assumed that it returned to its original place after Bloom used her Fairy Dust to remove Valtor's Mark that was sealing the Agador Box where all the magic he had stolen, including the Water Starts catcher, was stored.
