Yukinori Ishizuka(石塚 運昇Ishizuka Yukinori), better known as Unshō Ishizuka(石塚 運昇Ishizuka Unshō) (born May 16, 1951) is a Japanese seiyū from Katsuyama, Fukui. He is currently affiliated with Aoni Production and also provides the voice for the Narrator and Professor Oak on Pokemon. During the Johto saga, he voiced Jasmine's Steelix, Pryce's Piloswine and Clair's Gyarados in both the Japanese and English-language versions of the show. He currently stars in the Pokemon Best Wishes series as not only the Narrator but also provides vocals for the Isshu Pokédex.
