Lester Hicks is a former NASCAR driver from Bristol, VA. He competed in two Nextel Cup Series events in his career. Both of those races came in 1962, when Hicks debuted at Weaverville. Starting 26th in the twenty-eight car field, Hicks completed half of the race before engine failure left him 20th. More engine failure prevented him from bettering that in his other race, finishing 26th at Martinsville.
