You need to first press Ctrl + Alt + C all at the same time and enter: boolProp testingcheatsenabled true just like that and press enter. Then hold down shift and click on something at the same time. Careful, though, that cheat code is dangerous and you should only play around with it if you know what you're doing. Save your game before doing this, because you can really screw it up.
