Keog Boorn was a male scout who surveyed uninhabited regions of the Sluis sector around 19 BBY. He worked for both the Galactic Republic and its successor, the Galactic Empire, noting that the latter paid better. Boorn investigated a possible signal from a beckon call emanating from the planet Dagobah; while he investigated the swamps, Boorn was scared away by a howl emanating from the swamps as he approached a cave straddled by a tree.
