The blue circle in the diagram to the right is the geographic location of the Hall on the surface of Equinox. The literal translation of the phrase into Galach produces the phrase “Tabernacle of Mental Acts”. It is in this Hall that the helek is instructed by the Adeptii of Mishkan Ruwach in the mental skills latent in any sentient life form. The Adeptii also reveal to the Qui’nahelek the basic, universal relationships and concepts that govern physical existence.
