The Solstice VE3 is the default carbine for the Vanu Sovereignty. It is available to the Light Assault and Engineer class. When a new VS character drops into combat, they are using the Solstice as their primary as part of the Light Assault class. The Solstice is a versatile gun and can be used effectively from point blank range to about 60 meters.
