Pamela Isley was born with a form of Autism. At a young age she was obsessed with plants and even spoke to them as if they were human beings. At the age of 12, her parents sent her to Dr Woodrow, to be tested on a potential cure for autism which was an injection of a recently discovered plant extract. Instead the toxin mutated her by turning her blood into aloe, gaining green skin and her body being immune to toxins. after the mutation, she supposedly dies and was presumed dead. A few days after her burial, she wakes up, reborn as Poison Ivy, she also gains the ability to control plants who save her from her coffin. Years later she returns to Gotham for vengeance against Humanity. She is portrayed by Karen Gillan.
