Scooby-Doo was first announced on February 20, 2015, (with a poll for what monster people would want to see in toy form), for a release later in the year. On February 5, 2016, with still no release, a preview was shown, represented with Fred's figure in different positions, sculpted by Danny "The Farrow" Anniello, against an image of his cartoon self from Scooby-Doo, Where Are You!. It was also announced that they would be released later in 2016.
