Shotherra is a Khajiit assassin who resides in Thongar's Tradehouse in the village of Khuul. She is a peaceful and inconsequential citizen of Morrowind, except for the Amulet of Sanguine Glib Speech that she wears. It is required to complete Threads of the Webspinner, and cannot be pickpocketed, bartered for, or even spoken about. The Nerevarine must kill her to obtain it.
