Numbuh 10-Speed (Lance) is the head of the KND Central Bike Hub who appeared in Operation: T.R.I.C.Y.C.L.E. He is presumed to be the head of the Bike Hub and the most passionate operative for bike riding in the KND. He has one little sister whom is believed to be very important to him- at one point in the episode after a bike rack was set on fire, he says, "My little sister's bike was on that rack!"
