Karlotte Thimár was a Solarian citizen and an officer of the Solarian League Navy. She was a first cousin of Admiral Karl-Heinz Thimár. (HH12) Holding the rank of Rear Admiral, she served as Admiral Josef Byng's chief of staff for Task Group 3021. She was killed when Byng's flagship was destroyed by the Royal Manticoran Navy in the Second Battle of New Tuscany. (SI2)
