Kevin Hussein (or I.T. Kevin to members of the NCIS Major Case Response Team) is a NCIS Special Agent and also a Systems Administrator with the NCIS I.T Department up until his arrest in September 2014 due to the fact that Hussein was an accomplice in a cyber terrorist attack on NCIS.
