Quazulu VIII was the eighth planet in its star system. In 2364, before the USS Enterprise-D visited Angel I, twelve students went on a field trip to this planet. During this trip, the students were infected with a virus. The students subsequently introduced the virus to the Enterprise, disabling almost the entire crew. (TNG: "Angel One" ) This planet was only mentioned in dialogue.
