If you have Microsoft PowerPoint installed, you can just double-click the file to open it. Or, from PowerPoint, go to File/Office logo > Open to choose the file(s) to open. There are also other free ways to open a PowerPoint file. You can download the PowerPoint viewer from the Microsoft website. You can also install OpenOffice or use Google Docs.
