Doctor Isabel Maryon-Hayman was the chief medical doctor of the Coalition of Ordered Governments and chief of medicine at Jacinto Medical Center in Jacinto City. Following the collapse of the COG, Hayman joined a group of Gears and civilians aboard the CNV Sovereign.
