Harold John Musker (25 January 1906 - June 1992): knighted in 1952 as Sir John Musker, was a banker, racehorse owner and local politician. Born in Norfolk, he was the grandson of the founder of the Home & Colonial Stores. Following education at Cambridge he entered a banking company in the City of London and was chairman of Cater, Brightwen & Co. from 1938-1960 and of Cater, Ryder & Co. from 1960-1971.
