Zeranda was an Amyrlin of only average strenth and influence. She ruled for twenty years until her death in 817 NE. She was Myriam Copan's successor and Parenia Demalle's predecessor. Notably, Zeranda kept Sereille Bagand of the White Ajah as her Mistress of Novices, though the name of her Keeper of the Chronicles and her subsequent Ajah are unknown. Sereille in fact served excellently in the same office also during the reign of the Amyrlin who preceded Zeranda (a Green) and she was again confirmed there by Zeranda's successor (a Brown) becoming legendary in this role.
