Vital was a Pop Punk band from New Hyde Park, NY. The band formed in 2006. Vital consisted of ex-members from After You Leave and The Fluff., Frankie Tong eventually went on to form An Apathetic Omission. While Matthew Florio started Garden.Set.Fire. Florio now plays for Nothing To Lose.
