Saturday Night's Main Event IV was the fourth Saturday Night's Main Event special taped on December 19, 1985 and airing on NBC on January 4, 1986. The show featured footage of Gene Okerlund at a water park hosting a water slide competition between The Junkyard Dog and Jimmy Hart, which JYD won and a music video of highlights from 1985, set to Billy Ocean's "When the Going Gets Tough, the Tough Get Going," which was also the closing theme song.
