Rebel is just your average Chocolate Lab puppy. He attempts to lick anyone's face, and he enjoys nibbling people toes. He was once put in a cage with Ray. by Adam, where he licked Ray's face non-stop. In RT Recap: Pets of RT, he is fully grown and is featured with a deep silly voice. He states that Barbara is his favorite human and begs her to pet his belly.
