As Terra's journey through Johto comes to an end, she sets her sights on the next region, Hoenn. She gains new travel companions for this region, meaning new people that she has to get used to. Terra's primary area of growth in this series is in the art of double battles, which she is officially introduced to, and strives to perfect. And as she travels through Hoenn she gets a new friend named Tyler and his sister Julia and the three travel through Hoenn meeting new and different types of Pokémon.
