Fox was a CTU Agent during Day 10. When former CTU National Director Rebecca Ingram found out that her husband's campaign manager Nilaa Mizrani was a possible mole who leaked the identities of the Army Rangers who killed Ibrahim Bin-Khalid, asked Keith Mullins permission to interview Nilaa. Mullins agreed but told her to take Fox with him to the Donovan mansion. Later, Fox and Ingram arrived at the Donovan house after Nilaa was sequestered. Fox set up video equipment as Ingram went into the bedroom to question Nilaa. Fox watched the questioning through the video stream.
