Otoineppu is a village in Southern Yamato, located between Hyama and Vulpengaard Keep. Its strategic location between those locations as well as Bilthama and Port Hawke has made it the ideal place to round up slaves from different areas in the Falgorn province for the Southern Horde since the Cataclysm. Otoineppu ended up witnessing a clash between the Black Hunters and the Southern Horde in early winter of 1017 AE.
