You need to get the package from Karga Hidden Cave. You can do this either by visiting Estar Gren in Gorelin and convicing him to help you (resulting in taking The Devil and the Deep Blue Sea quest) or you can befriend the Karga Clan and Serpen will let you in. Once you have the package, return it to Sano.
