Vilia, also known as Kestrel, is an enemy in Final Fantasy V. An often overlooked enemy, she may be found in the extreme southwest corner of the seas in the Merged World and later in the River of Souls area of the Sealed Temple. She will only use physical attacks. Controlling them will reveal two Blue Magic spells in their repertoire, while catching one allows the player access to the powerful Almagest spell.
