Bianca Suzanne Collins is an American actress. On House, M.D., she portrayed Jordan's best friend Phoebe in the Season 6 episode Known Unknowns. After first appearing on Law & Order at the age of nine, she has since had featured roles in Tiger Cruise, Naughty or Nice, Unfabulous, The American Mall and Gigantic.
