In every custom neighborhood Arcadia's personality, skills and interests will be different. This happens with all NPCs from Pleasantview. Arcadia has the same facial structure as Arianna Jalowitz. According to her SimDNA in SimPE, her hair was blonde before it turned grey. Sometimes if Arcadia is made playable, her PlumbBob will be inside her, instead of above her head. This happens with several other NPCs in The Sims 2.
