Martina Nemeckova was a female Human Starfleet engineer in the 24th century. As of 2377, she held the rank of ensign and was assigned to the Starfleet Corps of Engineers team aboard the USS da Vinci. She was considered the best communications technician on the crew, and helped to create an interdimensional communications device after the ship had been transported to an alternate dimension by Rod Portlyn.
