Suizei Kusanagi is the ex-lieutenant of 1st Division and one of few shinigami-hollow hybrids, known as the Visored. Having approached Aizen himself to be hollowfied he is arguably the first Visored and one of few who weren't forcefully thrown into exile following Hollowfication due to his not being discovered. Despite his hollowfication going unnoticed, Suizei put himself into exile when he defected from the Gotei 13 to pursue "higher power."
