__NOWYSIWYG__ Butle is the dangerous man in Noise City, his room is made of hardwood and has a green colour with something on that is dangerous. He claims dangerous people are great, later he got fed up with it, gives the protagonist the Dangerous Sticker and decided to do something nice instead.
