The Jumping Spinning Target Kick appears in the form Cheonkwon. In Cheonkwon: * The weight is first shifted onto the right foot. The left leg is lifted and the body starts to rotate counterclockwise. The body will rotate through a full 360 during this kick. * As the body rotates in the air, the left leg begins to drop and the right leg rises in preparation for the kick. Simultaneously, the left arm extends to form the target. * The left foot lands first, but before the left foot touches the ground, the right foot strikes the target.
