The Journey by YoYoJam, is a redesign of the earlier 2002 Patriot. It comes with a new O-ring response system instead of the starbursts, along with a large C-bearing for smooth spinning. Its wide catch zone and relatively standard sizing made it easier to land tricks. U.S. National Yo-Yo Master Dave Schulte has a signature edition of the yo-yo, named the Escape.
