The Saloon Cellar is an underground chamber that is part of the Slaughter Gulch saloon that was accessible via a trap door in the ground floor bar. As seen in some sources it was used as a way of smuggling alcohol to a goal cell in the nearby goal, thus enabling access to it. The distinguishing parts of the room are the three huge beer barrels to the player's right, and the post on the wall at the far end.
