The New American Standard Bible (NASB), also informally called the New American Standard Version (NASV: distinguished in its 1995 update as the NASU) is an English translation of the Bible. The New Testament was first published in 1963. The complete Bible was published in 1971. The most recent edition of the NASB text was published in 1995.
