Mathieu Darche (born November 26, 1976 in St. Laurent, Quebec) is a retired professional ice hockey left wing. A free-agent signing by the Columbus Blue Jackets in the spring of 2000, Darche played four years at McGill University before making his professional debut with the AHL's Syracuse Crunch in the fall of 2000. After three seasons with the Columbus organization, Darche joined the Nashville Predators in the summer of 2003, and went to play one season in the organization before being acquired by the Colorado Avalanche in the summer of 2004.
