The patriarch of the clan is Torbjorn Shatter-Shield, husband of Tova Shatter-Shield, they have two daughters named Nilsine and Friga. Unfortunately, Friga was murdered by the the Butcher, leaving the family heartbroken and cynical, especially Tova. If the Dragonborn chooses to assassinate Nilsine, the family will be even more heartbroken, which will cause Tova to commit suicide in her own home, writing in a suicide letter that she couldn't endure the death of both her daughters, leaving Torbjorn as the last surviving member of the family.
