Admiral Teslec was a high ranking officer in Nymean Naval Central Command. He was a large supporter of Nymean independence and despised foreigners. He was an Uelitran from Uelitra who joined the military upon that planet's liberation from Nulvarl control by Trivas and the Ni'novian Empire. Though he was a very competent man when military matters were at had, he tended to lose his temper when dealing with those he viewed as weak or unpatriotic. He also did not like dealing with foreigners whom he believed inferior.
