Pacardi English refers to the variety of the English language spoken and written in the Kingdom and Republic of Pacardia. A dialect similar to Inland Northern American, it is rhotic in that the letter R is always pronounced. It is also characterized by its use of alveolar approximants /ɹ/, velar nasals /ŋ/, vocalic Rs /ɚ/, and glottal stops /ʔ/.
